What is health & happiness coaching?

Ready to accomplish your goals in a way that's empowering and exciting?


In our first session (or consultation), we will discuss your physical health: 
  • How are you feeling? 
  • What are you concerned about? 
  • What does your lifestyle look like right now? 

We will explore your emotional health; How do you feel about your:

  • health 
  • home life 
  • career 
  • relationships
  • etc. 

After we get all of the background information out of the way, we dive into the heart of the matter;

  • How does where you're at now in life differ from where you'd like to be?

Once we have a clear picture of where you'd like to take your life, we begin setting goals & choosing action steps to move you toward these goals. We devise a plan to get you living the life you want & we keep working on this mission twice a month, an hour at a time, for six months.

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (which I am) is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support & guidance as you set goals & make sustainable changes that improve your health & happiness.

As your health & happiness coach, I will listen carefully & we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition & health advice together to explore what truly works for you. 

Together we will:
  • Connect the dots between who you are & who you want to be
  • Create your personal blueprint
  • Decipher your body’s unique needs
  • Set your personal goals & work towards sustainable change
